[Guide] Paper Mario TTYD Builder Application Format

This is the format that must be used for anyone who wants to apply for the Paper Mario building team. If you are applying for a staff member position, please refer to the staff application format. Similar to the staff application, we will review your application as soon as possible, but do not create multiple applications and do not pester staff members or any other Paper Mario builders about the status of your application. Doing so will decrease your chances drastically.
