So after a lot of work, the server is open again and reopened running the most recent 1.17! There's still more work to be done, such as a new nether, protection updates, and updating the world come 1.18 for the new build height/new terrain features that are not there due to being an older world. But for now it runs. The selector for regions still isn't fixed. Any other issues you find please let me know.
